- What counts as a call?
- Any audio or video recording or transcript you upload for analysis. Each successfully analysed recording counts as one call against your monthly allowance.
- What if I hit my limit?
- We'll let you know when you're getting close. If you reach it, you can upgrade or wait until your next billing cycle. We won't cut you off mid-analysis.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period — no awkward phone calls required.
- What file formats work?
- Audio: MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM, OGG. Video: MP4, WebM, MOV. Maximum 500MB, up to 2 hours. We extract the audio automatically from video files.
- How long does analysis take?
- Most calls are done in 3-5 minutes. Longer recordings (60+ minutes) can take up to 10-15 minutes. We'll email you when it's ready.
- Does speaker identification work on all plans?
- Yes — automatic speaker separation is included on every plan. When we detect multiple speakers, you can label who's who and get accurate talk ratio metrics.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI. Delete means delete — immediately, not "archived for 90 days." All data is encrypted, and we offer UK/EU data residency.
- What's the difference between Free and paid plans?
- Free gives you 2 call analyses per month with full coaching feedback. Paid plans unlock higher call limits, the Analytics dashboard to track improvement over time, and Voice Profile for personalised coaching based on your patterns.
- How does Team pooled calls work?
- Team plans include 200 calls per month shared across all team members (up to 5). Any team member can use the calls, and admins can see usage across the team.
